Laddie Kvetensky Dies in Omaha Laddie F. Kvetensky was born April 3, 1917 at Clarkson, NE the son so Ladislav and Martha (Janicek) Kvetensky, and died Wednesday July 4, 1990 at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, NE at age 63. Laddie received his education and grew up in the Ord area. He served in the Armed services of the United States. On August 14, 1950 he married Lillian Penas. After farming for a number of years they moved to Grand Island where he was employed by Roberts Dairy and then moved to Omaha where he retired from Western Electric after 25 years. He made his home in Ralston, NE. He is survived by his wife Lillian, daughter Phyllis Hatterman, Omaha, daughter and son-in-law Rita and Larry Johnson Ceresco NE, son and daughter-in-law Alan and Pam Kvetensky, Omaha, son Dennis Kvetensky, Ralston five grandchildren. Brothers Joe of Brainard, Anton of Grand Island, sister Martha Fryzek, Ord, NE, mother and father-in-law Will and Rose Penas, Ord, NE. He was preceded in death by his parents and infant sister. Funeral services were held July 6 at the Bethany Funeral Home Chapel in Ralston. The Rev. James M. Cunningham officiated. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery in Omaha. Pallbearers were George Baur, Emil Mach, Gene Petricek, Jim Bochnicek, Leroy Smolik, and Eldon Janicek. Ord Quiz July 12, 1990
