Kusek, 57, will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at St. Bonaventure church. Fr. Elstan Coghill will officiate, and burial will be in St. Bonaventure cemetery. The body is to lie in state after 1 p.m. Thursday at McKown Funeral Home, where rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday. Mr. Kusek, a dispatcher for Consumers Public Power District, died unexpectedly Tuesday at his home, 1702 17th street. The son of Joseph and Josephine Augustine Kusek, he was born Dec. 5, 1908, at Ord, and was graduated from Ord high school. He was married to Evelyn F. Warholoski Aug. 30, 1934, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help church, Ord, and they made their home in Columbus. Mr. Kusek was a member of St. Bonaventure parish. Surviving are his wife; one son, Dr. Alan J. Kusek of Augusta, Ga.; two brothers, Andrew of Elyria and Joe of Hastings; and four sisters, Mrs. J. B. (Verna) Zulkoski and Mrs. Jim (Kate) Iwanski of Elyria, Mrs. John (Cela) Michalek and Mrs. Ray (Kathryn) Harrahill of Omaha. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Mike, John and Frank; sisters, Mrs. Joe (Anna) Knopik, Mrs. Henry (Carrie) Flakus and Mrs. Frank (Mary) Dubas; and an infant brother and sister.
