Son of Elisha Joe and Nellie Florence, Born in Celina Tn in 1912. Came to Texas in 1919 at the age of seven . Bill was the 8th child of , the last boy born of seven boys and two girls. a total of nine children. he married Dorothy Louise Kemp and had children. one of which was stillborn.
