Found in The State 03 Decem1975: Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Urbanek, 60, widow of Paul Charles Urbanek of 6405 Lavender St. died Tuesday in the Richland Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Urbanek was born in Whitfield County, Ga., a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Drew Parker. She was a member of Full Salvation Baptist Church and a retired seamstress. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Peggy Stough of Columbia and Mrs. Barbara Priest of Dalton, Ga.; three sons, John McElrath, Charles Jackson and Paul Michael Urbanek of Columbia; two sisters, Mrs. Alma Ledford and Mrs. Sybil Croy of Dalton, Ga.; three brothers, Arnold Parker of Houston, Tex., D. W. Parker of Dalton, Ga. and Fred Parker of Chatsworth, Ga. and 11 grandchildren. Per Richland County Marriage License Inquiry at http://www.richlandonline.com: Annie McElrath and Paul Urbanek were issued a marriage license on 09/07/1948, lic # 052568.
