Bio

Per his death certificate found on Ancestry.com: he was a son of Charlie Urbanek and Mrs. Charlie Urbanek and the husband of Annie E. Urbanek. He was a chef in a restaurant. He resided at 3606 Emerson Rd. and died there of coronary occlusion. The informant was Annie E. Urbanek. Found The State 04 December 1957: Paul Charlie Urbanek, 43, of 3606 Emerson Road, died suddenly at 4:30 yesterday afternoon at his home. He was born in Taylor, Texas, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Urbanek. He was a chef at Shimmy's Restaurant, and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Taylor, Texas. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Annie E. Urbanek of Columbia; two sons, Paul Michael Urbanek and Charles Jackson Urbanek, both of Columbia; one sister and five brothers, all of Texas.
