Bio

OBIT: Mrs. Dave Derrick died Sunday morning, Feb. 27, at 10 o'clock at her home in Irving Township. She had not been feeling well for 2 weeks, but ate her breakfast as usual Sunday morning. She remarked that she did not feel well and went to lie down. About 10 o'clock her daughter went to her to see if she wanted anything and found her dead. She would have been 51 years old March 1st. The funeral will be held at the Asbury Methodist church Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock. A short service will be held at the house at 2:30. Burial will be made in Mount Hope Cemetery.
