'''''''''' Ulysses Dispatch (Ulysses, Nebr.), March 26, 1925, p. 1, col. 5 Helen, the four month's old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Purtek, living three miles south-east of town, passed away of 'Grippe. The funeral services were held Monday morning at ten o'clock at the Catholic church where Rev. Father Laughran celebrated the Mass of the Angels, in the presence of a goodly number of friends present, who extend heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved parents and two sisters who grieve the departure of the little one so dear. Appropriate vocal selections were rendered by Mrs. L. P. Lambe, John Powers, and Mrs. London. The remains were laid to rest in St. Mary's cemetery near town.
