Born in the village of Bacice #17, town of Hrotovice, county of Znojmo, Moravia, Austrian Empire (now in the Czech Republic). At last reports he was improving but his condition is still considered serious. Frank suffered a sunstroke last summer and has been in poor health ever since; but as he has been able to be up and around, it was not thought that he was in any immediate danger and his sudden death comes as a severe shock to his family and friends.
