Bio

Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie V. Styskal, 82, of Fremont were conducted Wednesday morning, August 13, from St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fremont with Rev. Fathers Leo Raus and M.J. Petrastic officiating. Mrs. Styskal died Sunday morning at the Dodge County Memorial Hospital Annex. Pallbearers were LeRoy Rothermund, Gilbert and Marvin Capoun, Glenn Hendrickson, Reynold Tomes and William Ponec. Burial was in Holy Trinity Cemetery at Brainard. Mrs. Styskal was born February 16, 1898, at Brainard. She was married to Louis J. Styskal on November 27, 1924, at Loma. They operated the Ford Cafe at Valley before moving to Fremont in 1969. Mr. Styskal preceded her in death on May 5, 1969. Survivers include one sister, Mrs. Frank (Mildren) Pesek of David City, and several nieces and nephews.
