Fort Worth Star-Telegram September 17, 1998 MINERAL WELLS - Frank Jerald Hall, 86, a retired mechanical engineer, died Tuesday, September 15, 1998, at home. Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home in Mineral Wells. Burial: Woodland Park Cemetery in Mineral Wells. Frank Hall was born April 15, 1912, in Grand Saline, Texas. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Mineral Wells and Mineral Wells Rotary Club International. Survivors: Wife, Lottie Hall of Mineral Wells; son, Jerry Frank Hall of Wimberley; daughters, Barbara Rogers of Mineral Wells and Dianne Pagnotto of Houston; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
