Kajetan Setlik, 79, Buried Saturday Last rites were held Saturday morning for Kajetan Setlik, 79, who died suddenly in the Ord hospital, Thursday, June 14. The service was held from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic church, conducted by Father Thomas Siudowski. Burial was made in the Catholic cemetery. Mr. Setlik was born in Poland, Sept. 6, 1876. His father's name was Anton. When a young man, he came to America and lived first in Platte Co., then later in Valley Co. Mr. Setlik farmed in both counties. February 22, 1901, he married Sophie Kapustka, in the Boleszyn Catholic church near Elyria. Mrs. Setlik died Sept. 12, 1955. Mr. and Mrs. Setlik lived on the farm until 1946, when they moved to Ord. Survivors include five sons, Henry, Comstock; Michael, Elyria, Leonard, Elsie; Theodore, of Ord, and Adrian, of Kearney; six daughters, Mrs. Helen Dubas, Burwell; Mrs. Josie Knopik, Ord; Mrs. Clara Krikac, Ord; Mrs. Florence Zadina, Elyria; Mrs. Bernice Vodehnal, Comstock; 15 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
