Daughter of William and Nora (Leonard) Comp as noted in the obituary of her brother, Alton L. Comp FAG# 8376498. ===================== Mary E. Benner of 16 First St. died Monday in Lewistown Hospital. She was a member of Port Royal Presbyterian Church and its choir, ladies auxiliary, women's association and Victory Sunday School Class. Surviving are her husband, Mahlon A. Benner; four sons, Harold M. of Belvidere, Ill., Alton H. of Ballston Lake, N.Y., Robert E. of Port Royal and David W. of Camp Hill; four daughters, Dolores Singer of Lewistown, Carleen Weiand of Lewistown RD 3, Linda Zimmerman of New Cumberland and Nancy Shirk of Reedsville; a brother, Alton L. Comp of Newport RD 1; two sisters, Alma Ulsh of Newport and Imogene Goodling of Mifflintown RD 1; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Rex Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert G. Campbell officiating. Burial will be in New Church Hill Cemetery.
