ANTONIE BOHUSLAVSKY Brainard, Feb. 12 - Funeral services for Mrs. Antonie Bohuslavsky, who died February 8, were held in Sts. Peter and Paul's church in Abie, Friday with the Rev. Boniface Tomek in charge. The church choir sang, and six grandsons served as pallbearers at the burial rites in Sts. Peter and Paul's church. They were Ernest, Victor and Richard Bohuslavsky, Ernest and Louis Kotera, Jr., and Edward Rezac. Mrs. Bohuslavsky was 83 years of age. She died in the David City hospital. Although she had been in failing health three years, her last illness was of one week duration. Born in Czechoslovakia July 16, 1865, Mrs. Bohuslavsky had lived in the United States since 1883. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jan Vanis. Her marriage to Vaclav Bohuslavsky took place in Abie in 1897. She and Mr. Bohuslavsky lived on a farm near Brainard many years. Mr. Bohuslavsky survives Mrs. Bohuslavsky as do a daughter, Mrs. Marie Kotera of Bee; four sons, Joe of David City, Jim of Rising City, Anton and Louis of Bruno; 20 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and two brothers, Anton Vanis of Abie and Vinc Vanis of David City.
