(56), Wenzel (17), Antonia (2). 1885 census (Skull Creek Township, Butler County, Nebr.): Jos Rowland (51, farmer, born Bohemia), Barbara (wife, 48, keeps house, Bohemia), Wenceslas (son, 18, tailor, Bohemia), Joseph (son, 16, Bohemia), John (son, 14, Bohemia), Maria (daughter, 11, Bohemia), and Martin (son, 9, Bohemia). 1900 census (same location): Joseph Roubal (born June 1833, farmer, Bohemia, immigrated 1881), Barbara (wife, Nov 1836, Bohemia, immigrated 1881, married 40 years, mother of eight children, five living), and Martin (son, Apr 1876, farm labor, Bohemia, immigrated 1881).
