Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), April 3, 1913, p. 8, col. 4 Bruno After an illness of a few weeks with pneumonia, Elenora Novacek, aged 16 years, died at her home southeast of Bruno Friday, March 28. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock in St. Anthony's church here and were conducted by Rev. Father Zalud. Interment was in the Catholic cemetery. The sympathy of the community is extended to the bereaved. '''''''' People's Banner (David City, Nebr.), April 3, 1913, p. 6, col. 5 BRUNO Nora Novacek, the sixteen-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Novacek, died at the home of her parents a few miles south of town. She died after a week's illness. Funeral services were held at the Catholic Church Sunday afternoon. The remains were laid to rest in the Catholic cemetery west of Bruno. The relatives and friends have our sympathy.
