*********************************************************** Married Joseph Dostal on November 15, 1864 in Winneshiek County, Iowa. According to the 1900 census she was born September 1847 in Bohemia, emigrated to the United States in 1855, had been married for 35 years, and was the mother of ten children, nine living. At that time she and her husband farmed in Linwood Township, Butler County, Nebr. *********************************************************** Evening World-Herald (Omaha, Nebr.), July 29, 1918, p. 2, col. 3 Mrs. Anna Dostal, Pioneer Resident of Bruno, Neb., Dies Mrs. Anna Dostal, 70 years of age, pioneer resident of Bruno, Neb., died Sunday at an Omaha hospital. She is survived by seven daughters and three sons. The body will be sent to Bruno this afternoon. *********************************************************** Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), August 1, 1918, p. 4, col. 4 Bruno Mrs. Joseph Dostal died in a hospital in Omaha Saturday night, July 27. She had been in the hospital for two months, receiving treatment. She was brought home Monday. Funeral services were held Tuesday and interment was in the Catholic cemetery southwest of Bruno. She is survived by her husband and three sons and seven daughters. ************************************************************
