MRS ADELA (DOSTAL) DVORAK, 81, died Monday, June 28, 1971 at Bryan Memorial Hospital in Lincoln where she had been hospitalized for several weeks. Mrs. Dvorak was born November 9, 1889, in Linwood, Butler County, Nebraska to Joseph and Anna (Cihacek) Dostal. She married Frank J. Dvorak February 1913 at Abie, Butler County. Nebraska and he died December 25, 1968. She lived in the Appleton area all of her married life, her husband was a farmer and since his passing, she has spent several years with her daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Adeline) Fuxa of Dwight. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Rosary is at 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, 1971 at Holesovsky Mortuary, Brainard. Services will be 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 30, 1971 at Holy Trinity Church in Brainard with Rev. Michael Danko officiating. Burial will be in the Holy Trinity cemetery.
