Cemetery records show that Hazel was the daughter of Henry and Maria Oberkotter. OBERKOTTER, HAZEL--OBERKOTTER CHILD DIES-- The youngest child of Henry Oberkotter died Wednesday night. The Gazette, Geneva, Nebraska 17 Jan 1902. ALSO: OBERKOTTER – Wednesday morning, January 15, 1902, Hazel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Obekotter, aged about two months. The funeral took place form the family residence in Geneva township last Friday and was conducted by Rev. J. A. Larkin. The interment was in the Geneva cemetery. Card of Thanks – We desire to express our deep appreciation of the sympathy and kindness shown us by many friends in our bereavement in the death of our little daughter Hazel.
