Bio

The first child of Dr. Julius L.Heard and wife Florence Cornelia Gulledge Heard was named Julius Alton, but was nearly always written Alton Julius or A.J. He went by the name Alton Heard. There is a duplicate name for this child in the list of children. There were eight children--seven births with twins Reese and Royse.
