AL JEFFRES IS DEAD AT HER HOME NEAR HORACE Highly Respected Woman Succumbs after a Prolonged Illness Funeral Tuesday. Mrs. Al Jeffres died at the family home, one-half mile southeast of Horace, last Saturday night at 11 (sic) for the last four years and her death [for the last four years and her death](sic) was not unexpected. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 11 oíclock at the Horace Baptist church. Burial will be in Scotia. Mrs. Jeffres would have been 53 years old had she lived until November 23, next. She was born in Lake county, Illinois. In 1872, when she was 3 years old, the family moved to Greeley, county. A husband and six children survive. The children are Louis(sic), Dick, Yynn(sic), Mrs. Sam Stichler, Mrs. Walter Crockett and Mrs. Alfred Beck. Two children are dead. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. E. Applegate of Horace and Mrs. Conway, who lives in Oklahoma, and three brothers, will of North Loup, John of Ord and Neal of Sheridan, Wyo. The deceased was a woman of Sterling character and was beloved by the entire community in which she had resided so long.
