Bio

Robert died at St. Francis Hospital, Breckenridge, following a highway accident near Foxhome, MN. He was currently living with his parents, Ervin and Mae Phelps, in Fergus Falls. Robert graduated from high school in Fergus Falls where he played in the band and sang in the chorus. At the time of his accident he was attending Science school at Wahpeton and was on the way home from there when the accident occurred. Funeral services were held at the Federated Church in Fergus Falls and at First Presbyterian Church in Madison, SD.
