Suggested edit: 27 Feb 1942 - Funeral rites for Mrs. C. W. Nelson, age 73 years, were held last Saturday at Pleasant Hill, ward two, at 3 o'clock, Rev. E. Martin of Anacoco officiating, interment Pleasant Hill cemetery, Dennis-Green funeral home directing. Surviving are the husband, C. W. Nelson; three sons, Willie, Jim and Christopher; three daughters, Mrs. Nettie Brown, Mrs. W. W. Speights and Miss Emma Nelson, one sister, Mrs. L. A. Pynes, Florien and 13 grandchildren.
