Kitty Belle Pruitt Gulley Kitty Belle Gulley, long time Wellington resident, age 86, died in Amarillo Monday, October 14, 1996. Services will be held at 2 pm Thursday, October 17, 1996 at the First Baptist Church with Rev Johnny Tims, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in North Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Woodrow Killingsworth, Bobo Castleberry, Tom Wilkins, Jack Deger, Bob McAlister and John O'Rear. She was born February 12, 1910 in Kiowa County, OK to Claude R. and Ella M. Collier Pruitt. The family came to the Aberdeen Community of Collingsworth County in 1928 from Granite, OK. She married Cicero Gulley on September 7, 1930 in Hollis, OK, He died in 1995. They lived in Wellington until moving to Amarillo in 1989. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors are a son, Gary Mike Gulley of Garland; three sisters, Gladys Yates and Estelle Rainey, both of Atoka, OK and Claudia Rountree of Hereford; three grandchildren, Mathew and Miranda Gulley, both of Muskogee, OK and Michael Gulley of Garland. The family suggests memorials be made to the Wellington Cemetery Association or a favorite charity. The Wellington Leader Thursday, October 17, 1996
