Claudia is the daughter of Claude R. and Ella M. Preuit of Oklahoma. She married Reuben Henry Rountree in April of 1935 and they had daughter Margaret Ann born January 22, 1940 in Wellington, Texas. Claudia grew up and went to school in Wellington.
