Effie (McCullough) Marsh Twite (October 8, 1892 - December, 1991) The Lusk Herald December 25, 1991 Effie McCullough Marsh Twite Funeral services for Effie McCullough Marsh Twite, 99, of San Mateo, Calif., were held Thursday, Dec. 12, 1991, at 1 p.m. at Warren and Bohelender Funeral Home in Ft. Collins, Colo. Burial was at Grandview Cemetery in Ft. Collins. Twite was born Oct. 8, 1892, in Cedar County, Neb. She homesteaded around Lance Creek along with her mother, Margaret McCullough and her sisters and brother. She married James Edward Marsh and continued to live at Lance Creek for a period of time, then moved to Ft. Collins, and to San Mateo. Survivors include her son Harry E. Marsh of San Mateo; three daughters, Anita Hill of Tacoma, Wash.; Joan Tusch, San Mateo and Myrna Pederson, Olympia, Wash.
