Paul Zbranek (88764997) Suggested edit: Paul A. Zbranek, Jr., age 92, passed away December 13 at Sweetbriar Nursing Home in Columbus. Mr. Zbranek was born in Burton December 11, 1896 to Paul A. Zbranek, Sr. and Emilia (Janda) Zbranek. He married Albina (Prihoda) Zbranek October 10, 1916. Services were held Thursday, December 15 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Nada under the direction of Henneke Funeral Home with Msgr. Victor Schmidtzinsky officiating. Rosary was held Wednesday, Dec. 14 at Henneke Funeral Home and Thursday, Dec. 15 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Nada. Surviving are his wife, Albina Zbranek of Nada; two daughters, Mary Ann Schoellmann of Nada and Lucy Kubecka of El Campo; three sons, Ludwig Zbranek of Garwood, Edmund Zbranek and, Clarence Zbranek both of Nada; one sister, Claudia Vesely; 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Mr. Zbranek was preceded in death by one son, William and one daughter Nollie. Pallbearers were Alan Zbranek, Gary Zbranek, James Korenek, Daniel Kubecka, Randel Kubecka and James Schoellmann.
