Vaclav Josef "Jim Joe" Holub was born 9-13-1907 in Moulton, Lavaca Co., Texas. He was one of ten children born to Josef "Joe" Holub and Marie "Mary" Mikulik Holub. His twin sister was "Lillie". Siblings are: Anna "Annie" Holub (Drozd) - b. 6-20-1897, d.12-23-1978 Josef Holub, Jr. - b. 3-10-1901, d. 1-30-1976 Bozina "Bessie" Holub (Moeller) - b. 7-19-1902, d. 12-9-1948 Marie "Mary" Holub (Koudelka) - b. 9-10-1904, d. 2-14-1998 twins: Charles Joe Holub - b. 8-30-1905, d. 12-1-1971 Carrie Lillian Holub (Drozd) - b. 8-30-1905, d. 6-2-1976 twin: Sidmila Elizabeth "Lillie" Holub (Bohuslav) - b. 9-13-1907, d. 4-7-1990 twins - boy and girl who died at birth He married Della Maria Smolik. To this union were born 3 children: Wesley Holub, Mary Jean Holub, and Milton Holub. Jim died on April 7, 1990 at the age of 82.
