Obituary Gonzales Inquirer May 4, 1967 Funeral For Miss Patek Is Tomorrow Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Seydler Funeral Chapel for Miss Lillie Patek, who died at 2 a.m. today. The Rev. Floyd R. Whatley, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, will conduct the finial rites with burial to take place in the IOOF cemetery. Miss Patek was born in Gonzales county on January 23, 1896 the daughter ofJames and Barbara Vackar Patek. At the time of her death she was making her home at 1004 Mitchell Street. She had been employed in the tax assessors office of Neuces county prior to moving to Gonzales. Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Jack (Bessie) McCabe of Victoria; Mrs. H. W. (Bazena) Scott of Corpus Christi; Mrs. Edith Boothe of Dublin, Calif.; two brothers, Raymond Patek of Victoria; and James Patek of Beaumont. Her nephews will act as pall.
