JOHN ROBERT "BOB" COOPER RICHARDSON – Funeral services for John Robert "Bob" Cooper, 100, are set for 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 30 at the Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Rev. David Frierson officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Tabor Cemetery in Sandusky. Visitation will be prior to the service at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Cooper died Nov. 27, 2011 in Plano. He was born on June 9, 1911 in Red Banks, Miss. Survivors include children, Bob Cooper, Nell Froning and Terry Cooper; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, the Sherwood Shores Chapel or the charity of your choice. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro.
