S3 US NAVY KOREA Walter Charles Ray, 61, of Decatur died 2:45 am Saturday Sept.30, 1989 in his home. Graveside services will be in Camp Butler National cemetery, Mr.Ray was born in Decatur, son of Lafayette Beardon and Lucille Mae Ray. He was a retired from Decatur Windown Cleaners and was a Korean War Navy veteran. He married Hortensia Larriva. Surviving are his wife, son, Michael, daughters, Lucille, Michelle , brothers, Russell C. and Richard G. both of Decatur, sisters, Marilyn, Betty, four grandchildren.
