Bio

The Missoulian (MT), 1 March 1952: George Ross Rites Are Conducted Kalispell--Funeral services for George E. Ross, 64, were conducted Thursday at the Waggener & Campbell chapel with Rev. L. B. Hinton of Hungry Horse officiating. Burial was in the family plot in Demersville cemetery. Mr. Ross was born Feb. 23, 1888, at Red Oak, Iowa. He was united in marriage to Carrie Ivy Haigh and they came to the Flathead in 1925. They resided in West Glacier. He was a carpenter by trade. Surviving are his widow, Carrie, West Glacier; seven children, six grandchildren; a brother and two sisters.
