Bio

Robert Franklin Milliken married Etta Belle Jones February 20, 1954. They lived for many years in Slaton, Texas. He was very active with the Slaton Senior Center and was a volunteer for their Meals on Wheels Program. He donated his body to Texas Tech Medical School and was later cremated and buried in the same plot as his wife Etta Belle Jones Milliken.
