OBITUARY: Floyd Arthur Miller was born near Beaver Crossing, Nebraska on June 9, 1908 to William and Matilda "Tillie" (nee Troyer) Miller. He was united in marriage to Elsie Wagenknecht on November 9, 1939 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Floyd worked and retired from the civil service, being employed at Offutt Air Force Base. He passed away in Lincoln, Nebraska on April 23, 1996 at the age of 87 years, 10 months, and 14 days. Floyd is survived by his wife, Elsie Miller, one daughter, Sue Miller; three-grandsons, John Kentner and his wife Teresa, Jeff Kentner, and Matthew Kentner and his wife Catherine; one sister, Laura Otto. He was preceded in death by six brothers, Homer, Henry, Lloyd, Lesley, Wilbur and Lyle; and three sisters, Clara, Minnie, and Wilma.
