Son of Wenzl "Vaclav" & Mary Brichna Mach. Married to Josie Uhlir May 31, 1905 in Beatrice, NE. Father of five children: Elsie, Ernest, Emil & Evelyn, also a daughter that died in infancy. Gus was a farmer. (Pawnee Library, book with list of obits in Pawnee Republican.) THE TECUMSEH CHIEFTON (Tecumseh, Nebraska)- Thursday, August 4, 1960- Page 10. (By Vesta Correspondent) Gus Mach Mr. and Mrs. William Reiman attended the funeral of her cousin, Gus Mach, in Pawnee City Monday, July 25. Mr. Mach died Friday, July 22, 1960. He had submitted to surgery two weeks before, and was about ready to go home from the hospital. He is survived by his wife and four children. Burial was in the Pawnee City cemetery.
