Greenville (Texas) Herald Banner, Friday, 13 Feb 1987, page A2, Deaths, Mrs. F. G. Williamson Funeral services for Mrs. Floy Green Williamson of 3500 Park St. will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Coker-Matthews (sic) Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Lynn Vowell will conduct the service, and burial will be in Tidwell Cemetery. Coker-Matthews (sic) Funeral Home is in charge. Mrs. Williamson died Wednesday at her home. Mrs. Williamson was born on March 12, 1903 in Whiterock, Tex., to Sherman P. and Lillian Eva Ross Green. She married Andy J. Williamson in Greenville on Dec. 4, 1954. He preceded her in death on November 5, 1971. Also preceding her in death were two brothers and two sisters. She was a member of Westview United Methodist Church. Surviving are two stepdaughters, Mrs. Lavell Turner of Greenville and Geraldine Burnett of Bedford; two brothers, Burl Green of Tyler and Glen Green of Valencia, Calif.; one sister, Rogene Moss of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Johnnie Barker, Johnny Erwin, Charlie Huffaker, Weldon Shields, C. P. Rice, and Hurlon Lytal. Honorary pallbearers will be Millard Titus, Clarence Pearce, J. C. Williams and Marvin Stewart.
