Bryan County, Oklahoma, March 1963 Funeral services will be held in Coffey Funeral Home Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Saturday for Henry Robert Lindsey, 75-year old pioneer Bryan County resident, who died in a local rest home early today. Services will be conducted by Sam Sullivan and burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Grandsons will be pallbearers. Lindsey was born in Collin County, Texas, October 2, 1887 and had spent most of his life in Bryan County. He was a retired farmer & member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, J. W. Lindsey of Wylie, TX and Roscoe Lindsey of Hendrix,; four daughters, Mrs. Jettie Sampley of Iowa Park, Texas, Mrs. Virgie Lewallen of Tulsa, Mrs. Colean Vandergriff of Holliday, Texas and Mrs. Myrtle Adams of Alzuma, California ; one sister, Mrs. Nannie Terrell of Westminster, Texas ; 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
