Bio
Charles Jurasek, a resident of the Louise community the past 13 years passed away at his home here last Saturday, October 22, 1966. He was born in Fayette County, January 30, 1884. He was 82. Funeral services were held in Triska Chapel Tuesday morning. A Mass was then held in Taiton Catholic Church with the Rev. Jerome Stryk officiating. Burial was in Taiton Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers were Harry, Victor and Jerome Holub, Albert Stavinoha, Henry Boenisch and Jimmy Hlavinka. Mr. Jurasek is survived by his wife Albina of Louise; one son, John L Jurasek (Evelyn) of Blessing; three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy (Ed) Baros of Blessing, Mrs. Annie (Victor) Dolezal and Mrs. Evelyn (George) Capak both of Palacios; six grandchildren Helen and Billy Dolezal of Palacios, Daryl and Steve Capak of Palacios, Albert and Susan Jurasek of Blessing); two sisters, Mrs. Julia Peters of El Campo and Mrs. Mary Stavinoha of Louise and a half brother, Rudolph Holub of El Campo.
