Bio

The following obit was furnished by contributor Debie Egley # 47222875 -------------------------------------- Floyd was the son of Benjamin and Sadie Rhoades who are also buried in Benjamin Cemetery. Floyd was born in Gibbon, Buffalo County, Nebraska, he was the oldest of 11 living children. He married Norma Hazel McDaniel 10 June 1938. they later divorced. To Floyd and Norma were born 4 children who are still living except one, a daughter Christine. In his later years Floyd lived just down the road from his parents in Amoret MO and was a great help to them in their older years. He was a kind brother and a wounderful uncle to his nephews and nieces. The Cemetery was named for Benjamin Rhoades, as he was the main source to get it created.
