Bio
Anthony O. Phillips was born 26 March 1877 in Arkansas. He was the oldest of the eight known children born to James S. Phillips and Susana Burrows Phillips. Anthony was named after his maternal grandfather. He died just 10 weeks shy of his 6th birthday. He passed away on 16 January 1883 in Arkansas and is buried in the Antioch Cemetery beside his parents. Children of James S. and Susana Burrows Phillips: Anthony O. Phillips (1877-1883), Rutha A. [Phillips] Blythe (1878-1918), Jerry A. Phillips (1882-1895), Mary Flossie [Phillips] Blythe (1884-1935), James Phillips (1887-1888), William Eugene Phillips (1890-1946), Infant Phillips (1892-1892) and Emma M. Phillips (1894-1894).
