Bio

Sallie D was the daughter of Alonzo Osborne & Mary Frances Shelton Dennis. The wife of Leo Leafridge 'Lee' White, they married Dec 24, 1911, in Bowie Co TX. **THE ATTACHED PHOTO - she was 20/21 yrs old. (Provided by descendant) After she graduated from High School, she attended Georgetown College at George Town Texas, for two years. And earned a Teachers Certificate to Teach, in 1908.
