Bio

Randolph was the son of Alfred Monroe Smith and Helena Murff. He married first Jeffie Howell. Their children were Charles Travis Smith, William Edmund Smith, Robert G. Smith, Lucy Smith, Wade Smith, Evinette Murff, Curby Smith, and Rufus Smith. He married second Harriet Frances Elizabeth Walters, 2 February 1890. Their children were Helena Smith, Edna Irene Cook, James Monroe Smith, Clarence Raymond Smith, Ada Lou Jaudon, Mary "Elma" Sartor, Randolph Boyd Smith, and Effie Lee Gillespie.
