Jasper J. (Jake) Lowery December 22, 1923 – January 8, 2014 Jasper J. "Jake" Lowery, age 90 a lifelong resident of Robertsdale, AL passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2014. Mr. Lowery served in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Lowery and is survived by three daughters, Bama (Norman) Wiley of Robertsdale, AL, Leah (Lee) Stander of Daphne, AL and Betty (Terry) Spader of Florala, AL; three sons, Jim Ed (Cheryl) Lowery of Deatsville, AL, Tony (Kim) Lowery of Robertsdale, AL and Jakie Lowery of Mobile, AL; one brother, Donnie Hughen of Robertsdale, AL, thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Graveside funeral services and burial will be held Friday, January 10, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. at Hail Memorial Cemetery in Robertsdale with Rev. Steve Spining officiating. A visitation will be held Friday, January 10, 2014 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy, Attn: Sam's Soldiers, 401 Hackensack Avenue 9th Floor, Hackensack, NJ 07601. Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home, HWY 59, Robertsdale, AL.
