Frank Duspiva Private family graveside services for Frank Wencel Duspiva, 68, of Nampa Route 5, who died Wednesday, July 11, at his home of natural causes, will be conducted Monday in the Kohlerlawn Cemetery. Robert W. Hughes of Nampa will officiate. Services and interment are under the direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa. Mr. Duspiva was born April 8, 1916, in Ramsey, Illinois, to Mike and Jennie Duspiva. In February of 1919 he came to Nampa with his family they farmed north of town on Franklin Road. He was reared and attended schools in Nampa. He married Helen Louise Hendrix on July 16, 1938, in Twin Falls, and they made their home in Nampa. He has resided on the same farm north of Nampa since 1919. Mr. Duspiva enjoyed inventing and building farm equipment. He and his wife also enjoyed gardening and their trees which they both had planted. Mrs. Duspiva died April 8, 1984. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ken (Gayle) Bagley, Oregon City, Ore.; one son, Gary Duspiva, Parma; his mother, Mrs. Jennie C. Wasel Duspiva, Nampa; one brother, Victor Duspiva, Lodi, Calif.; four sisters, Velma Thurston, Tacoma, Wash., Odessa Knehans, Nampa, Mildred Yankey, Weiser, and Jean Fisher, Eugene, Ore.; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his father, two sisters and two brothers. Friends may call at the Alsip Funeral Chapel Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
