Bio

Darlene Moseley Sennett was born 7 Aug 1946 in McAlester, Pittsburg, Oklahoma to Fannie and Bailey Moseley. She married Leroy Sennett on 24 Dec 1962 in McAlester. Darlene grew up in McAlester and lived in her adult life at Tannehill where she died in her home on 9 July 2002. Darlene was buried at Tannehill Cemetery where her grandmother and grandfather, Martin and Ella A. Crawley are buried, Martin being the first Crawley to be buried there in March 1931. Survivors include her husband, Leroy Sennett, of the home; four daughters and two son-in-laws, Hoetta and David Stanley, of Indianola, and Lisa and Evert Hickey, Gail White, and Cheryl Sennett, all of McAlester; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Doy and Kathy Sennett, of Adamson, and Darrell Sennett, of the home. Also, 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Aloma Halstead and Lavonia Hance, both of McAlester, and Ella and Wilson Mankins of Shawnee; one brother, Howard and Pearlee Moseley, Rogers AR, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Pallbearers were Robbie Sanders, Arlan Sennett, Bill Rowell, Bill Monroe, Charlie Collier and William Curtis, Jr. Honorary pallbearers were Alan Berndhardt, Mike Sennett, Larry Young, Robert Nobles and Mike Jackson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bailey and Fannie Moseley (also buried at Tannehill), Lorin Moseley and three sisters, Elizabeth Farrow, Rockie Jones, and Muriel Dean (buried at Tannehille).
