IRENE FRANCES (WILHOITE) ZIEGLER Irene Ziegler, 86, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010 at Methodist Hospital in Dallas. Irene was born on April 1, 1924 to Orborn D. and Ethel (Lewis) Wilhoite in Ennis, Texas. She grew up in Ennis and attended school in Ennis. On July 20, 1964 she married Victor Ziegler and they made their home in Irving and then to Bristol. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She enjoyed working and shopping at flea markets and enjoyed being outside. She is survived by her husband, Victor Ziegler; three sons, Alvin Ray Holt, Ralph Holt and Gary Holt; four daughters, Linda Ainsworth, Ethel Allene Perskins, Roxanne Allen and Lucille Williams; many loved grandchildren; one brother James Wilhoite and one sister Iva Dee Collins. She is preceded in death by her parents, son Durward Holt five brothers and one sister. Visitation was on Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010 from 7 until 9 p.m. at the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis . Services was on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010 at 3 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Richard Moody officiating. Interment followed at Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc. Ennis Journal November 10, 2010
