WEST - Joe Frank Willenborg Sr., 72, a rubber company employee, of Route 2 West died Thursday at a Hillsboro nursing home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Martin's Catholic Church in Tours, the Rev. Isidore Rozycki as celebrant. Burial will be at St. Martin's Cemetery. A rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Willenborg was born March 10, 1918, in Tours and lived in McLennan County all his life. He worked for General Tire and Rubber Co. for 32 years before retiring. He was also a retired farmer and a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church in Tours. He married Pauline Magee April 29, 1941. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Joe Frank Willenborg Jr. of Irene, Wayman George Willenborg of Route 2 West and Jerry Van Willenborg of Rio Vista; two daughters, Kay Ann Johnson of Waco and Suezette Parkhill of Route 2 West; a brother, A.J. Willenborg of Visalia, Calif.; two sisters, Agnes Willenborg of Route 2 West and Louise Parham of Garza-Little Elm; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grand-children.
