Mrs. Ernest (Lizzie) Snyder, 80, of West, died Tuesday morning at a West nursing home. Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. today at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in West, the Rev. Isidore Rozycki as celebrant. Burial will be at St. Martin's Cemetery at Tours. Mrs. Snyder was born August 22, 1907, at Mooresville. She lived in Tours for many years, lived in the Waco-Speegleville area for 40 years and had lived in West the past 15 years. She married Ernest Snyder on January 10, 1928, at Tours. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in West. Survivors include her husband, Ernest; three daughters, Mrs. A. N. (Evelyn) Hlavenka and Mrs. Mickey (Carol) McCoy, both of West, and Mrs. Don (Mary Ann) Wolske, of West; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Support Group in care of Jo Korenek, 105 Meadowbrook Drive, Waco, 76706. Paulbearers were: Tommy Hlavenka, Jimbo McCoy, Jerry Don McCoy, Bubba Wolske, Bobby Girard and George Martin Hahmann.
