PLINER, Joseph J. 04-07-1880 09-14-1972 Joseph J. Pliner, 92, rural Yuba, WI died Thursday (Sept. 14 1972) of a long illness. He was a retired farmer in the Town of Bloom and was a member of the Town and School Board there. He married the former Lena Jelinek in 1909. She died in 1966. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. William Harriman, of Issaquah Wash, two sons, Richard and Raymond, both of Yuba; and three grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Yuba. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at Picha's Funeral Home where the rosary will be said at 8:30 p.m. Joe married Kristyna Jelinek on October 14, 1902. Kristyna died on 22 Jan 1908. Joseph married Lena N. Jelinek on May 11, 1909. They were sisters. Joe was the son of Joseph & Anna (Vitcenda) Pliner.
