father: Amos Bennett; mother: Luanna Townes; md. 1 Dec 1917 in Palo Pinto Co., TX Funeral services for Lena Maye Pilgrim, 82, of Route 3, Mineral Wells, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. R. B. Shiflet will officiate with interment in the Sturdivant Cemetery. Mrs. Pilgrim a lifetime resident of Palo Pinto County died Feb. 11 at 8:44 a.m. She was born in Whitt March 2, 1899. Her husband A. P. Pilgrim preceded her in death in 1967. She was a member of the Eleventh Avenue Church. Survivors are five sons: Penix Pilgrim and B. B. Pilgrim, Mineral Wells, John A. Pilgrim, Dallas, Bennett Pilgrim, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Warner Pilgrim, Handley; two daughters: Roberta Tanner, Mineral Wells and Rachel Powell, Granbury and a host of grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
