d/o Fredrick Cesinger & Annie Dahne w/o John Adolph Zwahr - m. abt 1902 ============================================= Obituary published in the Herald Coaster on 15 Feb 1962. Zwahr, Katie Funeral services for Mrs. Katie Zwahr, 77, of Needville, were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday from the Needville Methodist Church witht he pastor, Rev. George Olsen officiating. Interment was in the Seiler Cemetery, near Needville. Mrs. Zwahr passed away in Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital at 7:20 p.m. Monday after a long illness. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Mrs. Zwahr was a native of Kansas, but had lived in Fort Bend County for the past 70 years. Included among her survivors are two sons, Adolph and August Zwahr, both of Needville; one daughter, Mrs. Katie Nett, of Needville; one sister, Mrs. Henrietta Seiler of Rosenberg; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Garmany and Company Funeral Directors of Needville.
